Talk through the opportunity
A recruiter will discuss the specific role, expectations and qualifications before you decide to move forward. Use that conversation to ask about compensation, contracting, licensing and the support that applies to the opportunity.
Learn the role and complete onboarding
VYBE’s published process includes training and required onboarding. Training support includes on-demand tools, live sessions and one-on-one training with experienced professionals. Work begins once the required qualifications and approvals are complete.

Can someone who is not licensed apply?
Yes. VYBE offers a licensing-support path for people who are not licensed yet. A license is required before working as an agent.
